This policy explains how THINKABITTOYS Marketing Management (trading as Thinkabit Diamond Art, United Arab Emirates) collects and uses your personal information when you use this website or place an order.

Your photo

Your photo is turned into a preview on your own device. It is not uploaded until you place an order. When you order, your photo and your kit preview are attached to your order so we can make your kit.

  • We use your photo only to check it, create your preview and produce your kit.
  • We share it only with our production partner who makes the kit.
  • We never use your photo in advertising, on social media or anywhere public without your written permission.
  • We delete your photo from our working files within 90 days after your kit is delivered. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Other information we collect

  • Contact and delivery details: your name, phone number, email and address, to deliver your order and contact you about it.
  • Order details: the size and price of your kit and your order history.
  • Payment: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Device and usage information: such as your browser, IP address and how you use the website, collected through cookies, to run the website, prevent fraud and measure our advertising.

Who we share information with

  • Shopify, which hosts our store. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
  • Our payment provider, to process your deposit.
  • Our production partner, to make your kit.
  • Our delivery company, which receives your name, phone and address only.
  • Advertising partners such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which may receive information about visits and purchases through cookies to measure and improve our ads. They never receive your photo.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep order and contact details for as long as needed for your order, customer support and our legal and accounting obligations. Photos are deleted as described above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, by contacting us. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings.
