Where we deliver

We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship outside the UAE.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order.

How long it takes

Each kit is made to order. Most orders arrive in about 2 weeks after you approve your kit preview. We will tell you if your order will take longer.

Paying the balance

You pay the remaining 50% of the kit price in cash on delivery. The courier will contact you before delivering, so please keep your phone on and have the amount ready.

If you are not available

The courier will try to contact you and deliver again. If delivery is not possible after several attempts, the order is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Your address

Please check that your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If you need to change them, contact us as soon as possible, before your kit is shipped.
