Refund policy

Every Thinkabit Diamond Art kit is made to order from your own photo, so our refund rules are a little different from a normal shop. Here is exactly how it works.

Before we make your kit

After you pay your 50% deposit, we check your photo and send you the final preview of your kit to approve. Until you approve it, you can cancel at any time and we will refund your full deposit.

After you approve your kit

Once you approve the preview, we start producing your personalised kit. Because it is made only for you and cannot be resold, the deposit is not refundable after approval, and the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

At delivery

You pay the remaining 50% in cash when your kit is delivered. If you refuse to accept or pay for a kit that arrives as ordered and undamaged, the deposit is not refunded.

Damaged, faulty or missing items

Please check your kit when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or missing (for example missing drills), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem. We will send replacement parts, replace the kit, or refund you, depending on the problem.

What is not a fault

The preview on our website is computer generated. Real drills sparkle and colours can look slightly different from your phone screen. Small colour differences like these are not a fault.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 7 to 14 days to appear.
