These terms apply to orders placed on this website, operated by THINKABITTOYS Marketing Management (trading as Thinkabit Diamond Art), Dubai trade licence no. 1651339, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We make personalised diamond painting kits from photos you upload. The preview on our website is computer generated to show how your kit will look. It is a close guide, not an exact photograph of the finished painting.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). To place an order you pay a 50% deposit online. You pay the remaining 50% in cash when your kit is delivered.

3. Approval before production

After you order, we send you the final preview of your kit to approve. We only start making your kit after you approve it. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund policy.

4. Your photo

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it, and that it does not contain anything illegal, offensive or protected by someone else's copyright or trademark. We may refuse any photo or order at our discretion; if we do, we refund your deposit in full.

Your photo remains yours. You allow us to use it only to create your preview and your kit, as described in our Privacy policy.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping policy.

6. Liability

We take care to make every kit correctly. If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding your kit. This does not affect any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
